This stunning brooch is fashioned from 830 grade silver, so would probably have been made in Norway or Denmark, and it features a boat full of vikings within a border of entwined serpents.
It is a large brooch, weighing in at 51.3g and measuring 6.5cm dia. A real one off and definitely a talking piece. Just amazing!
