Sterling Silver Pendant of an Osprey in Flight with Salmon by Shetland Silver

This vintage pendant in sterling silver by Shetland Silver in the Osprey pattern that is no longer produced. This shows an osprey in flight with a fish in its talons. The osprey and fish are in polished silver with the background being burnished to give a really nice contrast.

 
The pendant measures 4.5cm across at widest x 2.5cm long (not including hoop and bale); fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1979. The chain is also in sterling silver and is just over 20" long and is stamped STERLING to clasp.
