A beautiful and unusual brooch in the form of a heron. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1989 (there is a maker's mark but I can't make it out) and measures 4cm high x 3cm across base. The brooch fastens with a secure rollover clasp and there is a loop which could be used to hang a security chain if desired. The heron symbolises patience and transformation and seeing one is considered a positive sign in many cultures.
Will be sent in a new box as shown.
