Cased Set of 6 Sterling Silver 'Golf' Themed Teaspoons - Hallmarked 1932/33
A very nice set of six golf themed sterling silver spoons in original case.
These spoons feature crossed golf clubs and golf ball at the top of the handles and are fully hallmarked for Sheffield - 1932 on 2 spoons and 1933 on 4 spoons (this often happens with sets of this kind).
All bear maker's mark for Walker and Hall.
They are in original case with cream satin lid and green velvet base (the base is faded and worn in places, and the outer case also shows signs of wear, in particular at corners - please see photos). Box fastens as it should.
The spoons measure 11cm long and are in very good condition with some signs of surface rubbing as would be expected for pieces nearing 100 years old. A nice collectors lot for the golf enthusiast.
